Miguel & Mayana	Miguel and Mayana are undoubtedly one of the UK's most passionate, professional and popular salsa couples in the UK. They have charm, charisma and technical prowess when teaching and performing, and have a huge following in the UK. It came as no surprise when they were voted UK's best salsa teachers in the UK Salsa Central Awards 2009. MIGUEL Miguel started salsa 12 years ago and has picked up many awards on his amazing journey. His musical interpretation, which comes as a gift from both his musician parents, is second to none. Miguel has a real edge, due to the combination of his contagious personality, teamed with his dedication, love and talent for salsa. MAYANA Mayana's love for dance started at an early age. She followed her heart and went to one of the best Russian Dance Academies where she studied both traditional and contemporary dance. She continued teaching various dance styles until she found Salsa. She trained & performed with Duende Dance Company and is now dancing full time with Miguel. Mayana combines her technical training and knowledge of various dance forms into her own signature and she is the most beautiful, elegant and stylish dancer. AWARDS Miguel was Corona Salsa Champion 2001, Scala Latina Salsa Champion 2003 and UKA Salsa Champion 2006-2007. In 2007 Miguel and Mayana were awarded the UK Professional UK Salsa Champion title and in 2009 were voted UK's best salsa teachers in the UK Salsa Central Awards. PERFORMING Miguel and Mayana's shows are breathtaking! They are both very strong dancers in their own right and together their energy is incredible! Through their bodies and movement, beautiful costumes and outstanding choreography, they invite the spectator to really feel the music. Miguel's flavour and charisma with Mayana's playfulness & elegance always delight and entice an audience. TEACHING Miguel & Mayana teach a portfolio of regular classes in greater London and travel the UK and abroad as guest teachers for festivals and congresses. They always bring a fun, relaxed and supportive atmosphere into their classes.
Mark Waters	Mark began dancing at the age of 9, studying Jazz & Contemporary before training as an actor and dancer at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama. After treading the boards for a few years, Mark discovered salsa in 1996, and has been a full-time professional salsa teacher and promoter since 2001. He initially began teaching at Salsa Palladium, and then as the resident teacher and promoter for Salsa-UK for 3 years where he helped to establish the reknowned UK International Salsa Congress. Here he had the opportunity to work alongside and learn from many of the world's salsa and mambo greats. Mark has had the great pleasure of teaching regularly at some of London's pivotal Salsa venues including La Finca, Bar Cuba, Havana and Bar Lorca to name a few. He joined London-Salsa as a teacher and managing partner in 2004. As well as teaching and DJing regulary with other promoters, Mark currently teaches and DJs at London-Salsa's Bromley and Two Brewers venues and the Intensive 1 Day Beginners & Improvers Workshops
Delarry Sawyer	Delarry has been dancing RnB for 10 years and salsa for amazingly just 4 years. He is gifted with both enviable body movement and Cuban style, a warm personality, natural teaching ability and bags of experience (by day Delarry is a much-loved secondary school teacher)! Delarry performs in Mandrell's rueda group and has been teaching salsa and rueda across London and we are delighted to have him step in to teach level 2.
Deb Carlini	Deb has been dancing salsa for 9 years. Her first ever class was in Bromley, where she is now teaching! Deb started her teaching experience by helping out in the Bromley classes 7 years ago and was running the 'salsa surgery' for beginners. She has a lovely, personal and warm approach. She is witty and very popular . Deb breaks down the moves very clearly and is an excellent teacher for welcoming newcomers to salsa dancing. She is now teaching salsa in a secondary school and of course every Tuesday in Bromley.
Pierre & Zoë	Pierre and Zoë, aka SalsaAddict, have been running successful salsa club nights in and around Croydon since 2004. They recently gave up promoting their own events to concentrate on family life and are now concentrating on working closely with other local promoters. Pierre has gained a reputation as one of the smoothest leads on the dance floor and is currently one of the most popular DJ’s in South London & Kent. His musical background, flowing routines, attention to detail and warm personality will keep you coming back for more! Zoë is a fully qualified IDTA, ISTD and UKA dance teacher and has been teaching various forms of dance for over 10 years including tap, ballet, modern, jazz, street and, of course, salsa. Her sexy, confident styling will make sure the ladies are also well catered for.
